TOSUN Technology concluded its participation in Automotive Testing Expo China 2026, held August 26-28 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. At Booth H1-3052 in Hall 1, TOSUN presented its full-stack TSMaster toolchain and hosted a technical presentation on AI engineering methods for automotive electronics testing.
Automotive Testing Expo China 2026: Booth Showcase and Interactive Activities
At the exhibition, TOSUN displayed its TSMaster full-stack toolchain, testing solutions, and six major hardware product lines, including CAN/CAN FD/CAN XL interfaces such as the TC1043, dual-channel CAN FD and I/O interfaces like the TC1013Pro, combined CAN FD and LIN interfaces such as the TC1015, and Automotive Ethernet PCIe boards such as the TE1024.
Alongside the technical exhibits, TOSUN offered interactive booth activities, limited-edition merchandise, and a booth check-in experience for visitors, designed to make the technical subject matter more approachable for engineers passing through the hall.

Presentation on AI Engineering Methods
On August 27, from 14:00 to 14:25, Dr. Jinpeng Xu, R&D Director at TOSUN Technology, delivered a presentation titled “Verifiable Models: AI Engineering Methods in Automotive Electronics Testing” in Hall 1.

The session was fully attended. Following the talk, audience members engaged Dr. Xu in discussion on the task boundaries between AI and engineers, as well as the implementation paths of Test-Driven AI Development (TAD) in real-world projects.

Test-Driven AI Development applies test-first principles to AI-assisted engineering: requirements and test cases are defined before AI-generated code or models are accepted, so outputs can be verified against the same pass/fail criteria used for traditional automotive software validation. This approach is increasingly relevant as OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers look to apply AI tools to safety-relevant testing workflows without sacrificing traceability.
On-Site Consultations and Solutions Interest
The presentation drove increased visitor traffic to TOSUN’s booth at H1-3052, where technical discussions continued around the presentation topic and TSMaster’s testing capabilities:

- Testing × AI & Verifiable Models: Visitors discussed practical methodologies for integrating Testing × AI and applying verifiable models within test workflows.
- Diagnostic & Bus Consistency Solutions: Automated diagnostic consistency testing and bus consistency testing solutions drew strong interest.
- Engineering Engagements: Engineering teams from numerous OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers evaluated product details on-site and registered initial requirements for follow-up testing and collaboration.
The response reflects a broader industry shift: as automotive software complexity grows, engineering teams are increasingly evaluating how AI can accelerate testing and diagnostics without compromising the verifiability required for safety-critical systems.
Upcoming Event: Automotive Testing Expo North America 2026
TOSUN will next participate in Automotive Testing Expo North America at Booth T1222, taking place October 27-29, 2026 in Novi, Michigan, where the team will showcase its latest products and solutions.
